Disruptors at Work Podcast

In the newest episode of Disruptors at Work: an Integrated Care Podcast, host Dr. U. 2024 i2i Spring Conference

Innovation Unleashed: Building New Care Connections

On July 1st, North Carolina will launch the final piece of the NC Medicaid's integrated whole person care program. Once this occurs, integrated care will be the standard for Medicaid. Michelle will be presenting on the impacts of trauma at the i2i Spring Conference. This conference will focus on the future, fortifying connections, and highlighting new and successful care systems that seek to address the comprehensive needs of those being served.

2024 TLCPCP Gathering

Through Michael Smull's belief that learning should be shared and passed on to others, the Gathering was established in 2000 to bring people together to learn from one another. The learning has been a key foundation that led to the founding of The Learning Community for Person Centered Practices. The community is a collective base of knowledge that began with the foundational seven Person Centered tools back in 1989. The Gathering has grown from an intimate group of nine people to a large conference. Michelle will be presenting about Time for Change: Addressing Trauma from the Person to Organization during this year's Gathering.
